Information you give us. When you request a tour, we collect your name, phone number, the home you’re interested in, and, if you choose to share them, your email address and a message. Please don’t include medical or health details in the form. We’ll talk about care needs with you in person or by phone.
How you found us. When you request a tour, we also note how you arrived at our website: for example, a Google search, an ad, or a link from another site, and the page you first visited. This helps us understand which of our efforts help families find us.
Website analytics. We may use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and whether a tour request or phone call was made after clicking an ad. These services use cookies or similar technology and collect information like your browser type, device and general location. We have turned off Google’s ad personalization for our website, so we do not use your visit to build advertising audiences.
How we use it
- To contact you about your tour request and answer your questions.
- To send your request to the manager of the home you chose.
- To understand and improve our website and advertising.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who helps us
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website:
- Cloudflare hosts the website.
- Resend delivers tour requests by email to our home managers.
- Google provides analytics and advertising measurement, when enabled.
- Microsoft 365 hosts our email.
These providers handle your information only to provide their services to us.
Your choices
- You can ask us what information we have from your tour request, or ask us to delete it, by calling any of our homes.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- You can turn off the website’s animations with the “Animations” switch at the bottom of any page.
Children
This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
